Should members be allowed to put out electronic versions of their books in lieu of printed versions?Again, I say YES. Let's face it, these are some tough economic times and making comics costs money. Many of us are taking 2nd jobs just to make sure our bills are paid, so we don't have that same disposable income we had a couple of years ago. I think allowing members to create pdf or other electronic versions of their books will go along way to keeping members involved and productive. I've already established a storage site on www.box.net that members can easily upload their files to and just send out an e-mail telling the rest of us there is a new book available for download. Please use this thread to vote on this idea and/or add thoughts of your own. thanks! ;D

I think its fine and I think Marc did that already and that seemed to work out. The only thing is that pdf's aren't very good for reading long amounts of material so then you're stuck with, yep, printing it out. Saving them as .cbr files I think are a lot cooler, but obviously not as cool as print or displayed in webcomic form.

ABSOLUTELY yes! The advantages far outweigh the negatives.

Yes, cause that is the only way my books will come out at this point.
